All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to assess scope, quality, and originality. Manuscripts that pass this stage are reviewed through a double-blind peer-review process by at least two independent reviewers. Based on reviewers’ comments, the Editor-in-Chief makes one of the following decisions: accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject.
